If you travel outside Canada or the USA and try to log In here it may give you an error screen saying your country is blocked. This is due to excessive hacking attempts from some foreign countries. We can not fix this.

Are you using a vpn or proxy? (Common reason people use vpns are to watch USA content on a streaming service that is not available in Canada or anonymous proxy (used to keep internet activity secure and private) if so you need a USA proxy or vpn.

if you are not using a proxy or vpn it is possible you have a virus/malware that has installed a proxy/vpn without your knowledge. This acts as a middle receiver and transmitter relay and a valid one just relays your data a malicious one records all your data.
