Payment options
- INTERAC EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER
If you can pick up your items before Saturday you can pay by Cash, Debit or Credit Card* in person or use Interac e-transfer in advance if you wish. - If you can not make it in on time or would like to have a friend or family member pick up your items you can make a payment online using INTERAC EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER from your online bank account. Please note this is not like paying a utility bill in your online banking it is in a seperate section just for interac email money transfers NOT IN BILL PAYMENTS.
E-TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Log into your online banking and find “Interac Email Money Transfers”
STEP 2: Fill in the blanks
Amount to send is the total of your invoice with HST

Message to recipient: PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR BIDDER NAME
STEP 3: Click SEND and your done. - We should have it in a few minutes. We will process it manually and mark your invoice paid once we process the payment (this is not automatic)
We have E-TRASNFERS set up to auto accept but some banks still require a security question and answer. If your bank does please us the following.
If asked for a Security Question: (Please use your bidder name)
and your security question answer should be: “midlandauctions”

Storage fees will be applied to items left longer than 1 week. You do get one week after the auction for free storage as long as your items are paid for the week the auction ended.
Storage fees are added to your invoice when the items are removed from storage. Just pay them with your next invoice

You can pickup your items at 6493 Highway 93, Waverly Ontario.
GPS ISSUES: Please note that some GPS systems do not recognise our address so just enter "Waverly" as we are at the only intersection in town. You can also try Elmvale instead of Waverley with our address as some GPS systems accept that as well.

* We are closed on Statutory Holidays as well as Christmas to New Years and a few days at the start of January as well as a week in August.
Please ensure your items are paid for by FRIDAY at 3pm at the LATEST (Our consignors would like to be paid promptly – it keeps them bringing great stuff back each week).
LATE FEES – PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE PAYING YOUR INVOICE
Yes, We must enforce this rule! It causes a issue with our sellers (consignors) when we can not pay them promptly for the items they have sold. We want to keep our bidders and our sellers happy so please be sure to pay your invoice as soon as possible.
If you are late we charge a 10.00 late fee PER LOT. NO EXCEPTIONS! You also run the risk of loosing your item and it will be offered to the runner up bidder or taken back by the consignor. You would still be responsible for lost commissions on the sale and any storage or late fees so please DO NOT BE LATE.
We Never want to charge this but if you force us to by not paying for your items on time we will enforce this rule EVERY TIME you are late. If you can not make it in on time you can pay for this online. If you fail to pay on time do not be MAD at us. This rule is on almost every page on this site, if anyone should be upset when you fail to pay on time it should be us and the consignors who do not get paid on time because you failed to meet your obligations in paying for your items on time. We give you 5 days to pay for your items most auction sites give you 2 days! We will also STORE your items for an additional week for you at no cost as long as you make sure your items are paid for online if you can not make it in on time to pick them up.
