APPOINTMENTS ARE MANDATORY
Please make sure your items are paid for by 3 pm Saturday and you can pick up the following week if you cannot make it in. We store paid items at no extra cost for one week as long as they are paid for on time. Large items (anything bigger than a milk crate) have no free storage. It is 25.00 per week. This is not new. It has always been in effect.
PICK UP days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
All time slots now have up to 4 spots per time slot, so be patient if someone is in the foyer collecting their items.
Your items are put out for you in our lobby at your appointment time.
STARTING JUNE 1st, THERE ARE CHANGES TO STORAGE FEES. There will still be one free week of storage but after that it will be $2.00 per lot per week. Any items still in storage from the previous rate will be changed to the new rate starting June 1st. Please make arrangements to have your items picked up.

PROCEDURES FOR PICKUP
EVERYONE MUST BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE FOR PICKUP IF THEY WISH TO PICKUP ITEMS.
If someone is picking up for you please ensure they know these procedures and your bidder name
PLEASE BE ON TIME
If you are late(more than 30 mins) we will bring your items back inside and get ready for the next appointment. At this time a 5.00 handling fee will placed on your account and you will need to rebook. If you miss a second appointment you will not be permitted to book another curbside pickup at all (storage fees would apply along with another missed appointment charge of 5.00 for your additional missed pickup).
