APPOINTMENTS ARE MANDATORY
Please make sure your items are paid for by 3 pm Saturday and you can pick up the following week if you cannot make it in. We store paid items at no extra cost for one week as long as they are paid for on time.
PICK UP days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
All time slots now have up to 4 spots per time slot, so be patient if someone is in the foyer collecting their items.
Your items are put out for you in our lobby at your appointment time. If someone is in the foyer, please let them finish before you enter.
PLEASE ONLY BOOK A PICKUP TIME AFTER YOU WIN AN ITEM
AVOID CONTACT WITH OTHERS 1 PERSON INSIDE AT A TIME
(Or if you bring others or children in the same car they can join you inside)
MASKS ARE NO LONGER MANDATORY BUT PLEASE RESPECT
OTHERS IF THEY CHOOSE TO WEAR THEM OR NOT
IF YOU ARE REALLY LATE PLEASE LEAVE AND REBOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.

TUESDAY TO FRIDAY WE BOOK MULTIPLE PEOPLE EVERY 10 MINUTES AT THE SAME TIME PLEASE WAIT BACK AWAY FROM DOOR IF WE ARE SERVING SOMEONE ELSE WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
