How Does It Impact Us?

BACK IN LOCK DOWN AS OF DEC 26th
This means that we are back to APPOINTMENT ONLY pickups (No more Saturday free for all). CURBSIDE PICKUP is the only permitted option and we will be doing this by appointment only.
PICKUP TUESDAY TO SATURDAY – APPOINTMENT ONLY
An appointment is required (Booked at least one day in advance) to pickup from Tuesday to Saturday. Everyone gets 5 minutes to pay for and pack up the items. We have a ZERO CONTACT area at the front door. You must wear a MASK that covers your nose and mouth (If you can not wear a mask please do not bid or send someone else to pickup) if you are early please wait in your car if you are late please leave and book another appointment and come back at another time.
PICKUP TIMES ADJUSTMENT
We will be adjusting our hours to 10:00am to 2:00pm from Tuesday to Friday and Saturday will remain 11am to 2:30pm starting Tuesday September 15th.
Online payment IS THE BEST OPTION at this time. You can make payments online by EMT (Email Money Transfer) from your online banking (this is not a bill payment it is a separate area in your online banking) or you can make a payment with PAYPAL. We have TAP/FLASH, CASH, DEBIT, CREDIT, APPLE PAY and ANDROID PAY all available on pickup however you do need to step into the alcove in our building to make a payment this way (We have DOUBLE DOORS and a window wall with a pass through box for the terminal to make it as safe as we can make it for everyone, at no time will you or will you need to actually enter our building where other staff are. If you pay online we will have your items in the alcove at the door at your pickup time waiting for you right at the door, you will not need to come in, simply grab your items at the door and your good to go. We do have a live intercom on at all times if you do need to speak with us, you can do this standing at the door as well so you do not need to enter. Since the weather up here is so unpredictable and we want to limit any human contact this set up we have is logically the most safe and secure for everyone. We do not have staff coming to your car in person or lineups at the door for curbside pickups or anything like that, we have 1 person at a time with ZERO contact….(unless someone does not follow the rules that is – don’t worry it rarely happens but once a week someone does show up without an appointment or late and we have to send them away with nothing)
We will store your items FOR FREE till this lock down is over if you wish. Just make a payment online by Saturday and we will place your items into our storage area and record where they are located in our software for easy retrieval. You can stay home and still bid on the auction and pick up your non essential items at a later date. Again, it’s free and our software does a very good job at tracking where your items are in our building.
CONSIGNORS & AUCTION SUPPLIERS
You are considered suppliers and your are delivering goods to us for the business to sell. MASKS ARE MANDATORY (Not Scarfs) MASKS MUST COVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH and you must book a drop off time so that only ONE person is dropping off goods at any time. We are using the SIDE DOOR with a rack right at the door for you. A portable wall surrounds your rack, and if possible it is best if you fill the rack up from the door without coming in the drop off room. If you do need to speak with us make sure you have a full proper mask on and we do have a video doorbell in the drop off area to your left where you can push the button but please only if you need us if you can stay outside this room it is preferred we will know when you leave we watch for it. Please DO NOT COME EARLY OR LATE as you only have 20 minutes to unload then the next person arrives and we need at least 10 minutes to prepare for the next consignor. We need to remove your rack from the drop off area and tag it and date it as it goes into quarantine for 3 days. Then we need to get a empty rack and reset the drop off area for the next person. We are using portable walls to create a safe drop off area however a MASK is required and we strongly encourage gloves as well. This is a ZERO CONTACT area. Please DO NOT yell or talk over the wall, a video doorbell is in the area if you need to speak with us.
