How Does It Impact Us?

We are choosing to continue with pickup appointments at this time. Most of our customers really like the pickup procedure we have in place (especially with the added time slots) they just wish the time slots were bigger (and we have something in the works for later this year for that). It is faster for pickup as your items are ready and waiting for you when you arrive. We are aware that a handful of people struggle to be on time but for the majority of customers have embraced the pickup appointment times and many actually prefer it over the way it was before covid.The end of summer plan when things start to fully open back up (we hope) we should have a setup in place that is more lieniant and still just as efficient.
For now please book a date and time as we have been doing for the duration of the covid19 curbside pickup restrictions and do your best to arrive as close as possibly to your booked time and yes face coverings / masks are still mandatory.
CONSIGNORS & AUCTION SUPPLIERS
You are considered suppliers and your are delivering goods to us for the business to sell. MASKS ARE MANDATORY (Not Scarfs) MASKS MUST COVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH and you must book a drop off time so that only ONE person is dropping off goods at any time. We are using the SIDE DOOR with a rack right at the door for you. A portable wall surrounds your rack, and if possible it is best if you fill the rack up from the door without coming in the drop off room. If you do need to speak with us make sure you have a full proper mask on and we do have a video doorbell in the drop off area to your left where you can push the button but please only if you need us if you can stay outside this room it is preferred we will know when you leave we watch for it. Please DO NOT COME EARLY OR LATE as you only have 20 minutes to unload then the next person arrives and we need at least 10 minutes to prepare for the next consignor. We need to remove your rack from the drop off area and tag it and date it as it goes into quarantine for 3 days. Then we need to get a empty rack and reset the drop off area for the next person. We are using portable walls to create a safe drop off area however a MASK is required and we strongly encourage gloves as well. This is a ZERO CONTACT area. Please DO NOT yell or talk over the wall, a video doorbell is in the area if you need to speak with us.
