How Does It Impact Us?
LAST UPDATE June 13th 2021:
We are choosing to continue with pickup appointments at this time even though it is currently not mandatory with the provincial restrictions. We must still be able to maintain a lineup with staffing and we do not have available staff for that. Also most of our customers really like the pickup procedure we have in place (especially with the added time slots) they just wish the time slots were bigger (and we have something in the works for later this summer hopefully if things start to fully open back up again).
PICKUP APPOINTMENTS make for a MUCH SMOOTHER pickup and MUCH FASTER for you as well since your items are ready and waiting for you when you arrive. No linueups, No waiting, Etc… We are aware that a handful of people struggle to be on time but for the majority of customers have embraced the pickup appointment times and many actually prefer it over the way it was before covid.
For now please book a date and time as we have been doing for the duration of the covid19 curbside pickup restrictions and do your best to arrive as close as possibly to your booked time and yes MASKS ARE MANDATORY AND MASKS MUST COVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH.
CONSIGNORS & AUCTION SUPPLIERS
You are considered suppliers and your are delivering goods to us for the business to sell. We have 30 minute time slots but the time slots are actually 20 minutes as we need 10 minutes to prepare for the next person so please be on time. If you book a time from 1:00 to 1:30 please be here at 1:00 and done by 1:20. We have limited spaces in a day and need to receive everyone’s items for the upcoming auction.
MASKS ARE MANDATORY AND MASKS MUST COVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH and you must book a drop off time (ON YOUR CONSIGNORS PAGE IS A LINK)
We are using the SIDE DOOR with a rack right at the door for you. A portable wall surrounds your rack, and if possible it is best if you fill the rack up from the door without coming in the drop off room. If you do need to speak with us just come to the front when no one is in the alcove and if needed we will put a mask on and come outside with you keeping a proper social distance space if we can not speak in the alcove using the intercom.
