You no longer need to book a drop off time. You can drop in anytime during our open posted hours.
Here is a page for NEW CONSIGNORS [CLICK HERE] of how to drop off and how to get paid and some tips.
PLEASE TYPE AND NUMBER YOUR LIST
Send this by either support ticket or by email (ticketsupport@midlandauctions.ca). Send it as an attachment (pdf or word doc) or copy and paste or just type it in plain text. If you hand write a list or send us a photo of a list we need to pay someone to type it so a 1.00 per lot fee will be invoiced to you for this service.
We are not accepting LARGE ITEMS without previous approval and space limitations. We are also not able to take used safety devices (modern helmets for example) or used baby items (high chairs, cribs, etc). Also nothing illegal and no taxidermy or cut antlers.
QUALITY ITEMS ONLY PLEASE:
We DO NOT accept a lot of low value items, Box lots, Liquidation open boxes, collector plates, used clothing, broken items, dirty items, smoke smelling or mold/musty smelling items, used kitchen items, etc…) You may see these items on the site from time to time but we do not accept them from general consignors. Under special circumstances when we are under contract to try to sell everything from a FULL ESTATE you may see box lots or lower value items. If we feel any of your items do not have the potential to get 20.00 or more we may choose to not list that item and have you come pick it back up or we may include it in with another of your lots if possible. Please be sure to TEST all your items and list any issues, damage or repairs made to the items in your descriptions. We do not want the items coming back as not as described.
MINIMUM 10 ITEMS TO DROP OFF:
We ask that you bring in a MINIMUM of 10 items as the BARE MINIMUM, if you are just bringing small items in a single box or bag please contact us and we will make arrangements as we do not want to waste an entire time slot for 1 item. We don’t mind if you bring 100 or more lots of quality items just be sure you have at least 10 as the minimum.
We can payout consignors by Email money transfer, PayPal or we can put it on your buyers account as a credit for future purchases (Your choice). We do not pay out with cash or cheque.
Thank you.

**Once you see the two X X‘s next to your item in this weeks total that indicates the invoice has been sent to the winning bidder and the auction is officially over for that item (This can take up to an hour after that lot is finished). That amount then will not be listed in your current running total so as the invoices are generated you may notice your current running total decreasing. When you seen a a check and an “X”, that means that we have been paid but you have not. When you see two check marks the account has been settled.

UNSOLD ITEMS
PLEASE NOTE: UNSOLD CONSIGNMENTS MUSE BE PICKED UP BY THEN END OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK to avoid any costs for storing your unsold items. If your unsold items are not picked up we will consider them abandoned after 60 days in storage (and the storage fee will remain). Abandoned items have an additional disposal fee so please come get them!
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY WINNING BIDDER
It happens, we don’t like it either. When it does happen it causes us all extra work. Unclaimed items (unclaimed or not paid for 14 days after auction close) that sell for over 20.00 can be offered to the runner up bidder. We would contact them and ask them if they wish to acquire the item still. We can also relist items that originally sold for over 20.00 or return them to you (the consignor) however a unsold item still has the 4.00 listing fee. Items left here past 30 days will be considered abandoned by both the bidder and the consignor and it is the consignors responsibility to ask us to relist them, offer them to the runner up bidder or come and get them. Abandoned items will have a disposal fee so please come get them! We no longer donate items. They must be picked up by you in a timely manner.
