WE WILL STORE YOUR ITEMS FOR 1 WEEK IF NEEDED FREE<\/strong>
\nYou have 5 days to pick up your items (Friday) then your items get moved to our storage area.\u00a0 If you for some reason can not pick them up we will store smaller items for you for 1 additional week free as long as you PAY for your items on time.<\/p>\n

COST TO STORE YOUR ITEMS LONGER<\/strong>
\nEach additional week will be invoice $2.00 per lot per week<\/strong> <\/em>up to 60 days, at that time the storge amount will be invoice to your account and your items will be discarded or resold.<\/p>\n

60 DAYS MAX (Considered Abandoned at 60 days!)<\/strong>
\nAt 60 days we will consider your paid items abandoned and either resell them, donate them or dispose of them and invoice you the costs involved if we incur any costs over the fees owed for storage. Any surplus over the storage fee if resold will not be paid to the person who had us store the items either so please pick up your items within 60 days. We have a small location and can not store stuff for long periods of time. we also will NOT contact you or chase after you to pick your stuff up, if you forget it don’t expect it to be here after 60 days.<\/p>\n

NO STORAGE FOR LARGE ITEMS<\/strong>
\nFurniture or large bulky items will be invoiced a\u00a0minimum<\/strong>\u00a025.00\/week for anything the size or a chair and dressers, tables, cabinets, etc are 40.00\/week.\u00a0 Large items 14 days will be considered abandoned and disposal fees and storage fees will still need to be paid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t
